Most states require the purchaser to be at least 18 years of age. Civilian ownership of TASER device is prohibited in Hawaii, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York.

2) It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the Tasers and Stun Weapons being purchased from Shooting Sports Outlet, Inc. are in compliance with the laws and regulations of your state, county, or city.

4) We can ship Tasers and Stun Weapons to your door via ground service ONLY. No Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska due to the requirement to ship via Ground Service only.

5) For safety reasons, we DO NOT accept returns on Tasers and Stun Weapons. Any product defects must be addressed via the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

6) Adult signature may be required on Taser and Stun Weapon shipments.
